Job Description:

ING Bank Italia è alla ricerca di un giovane talento che si unirà al Team direzionale del canale dei consulenti finanziari nell'ambito di un programma di tirocinio.

Il tirocinante supporterà il Responsabile del canale nella gestione di tutte le attività propedeutiche alla creazione e allo sviluppo della rete di consulenti finanziari ING.

Il tirocinante contribuirà a preparare, migliorare e analizzare i report richiesti dalla direzione, nelle attività di recruiting, di formazione e in ogni ambito organizzativo e gestionale previsto dal piano attività.

Compiti principali:

• Supporto nell'assistenza ai Consulenti finanziari abilitati e ai candidati formandi.

• Supporto di analisi quantitative e qualitative richieste per gli scopi di:

- Recruiting

- Formazione

- Organizzazione attività d’aula

- Reportistica

- Presentazioni Power Point

Requisiti lavorativi:

• Ottime capacità analitiche

• Avanzata padronanza di Excel e Power Point

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese

Altre competenze:

• Ottime capacità interpersonali, capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro, conciso, comprensibile e ascoltare attentamente gli altri

• Capacità di adattarsi e rispondere a situazioni/ambienti di lavoro dinamici e in continua evoluzione

• Capacità di affrontare situazioni in cui è spesso richiesto il multitasking

• Attitudine al problem solving

• Spirito di squadra
