An International Mobility professional, within Global HR, who has:
- More than 7 years of IM experience, especially in managing STA and LTA for EMEA region (experience in APAC and NA is a plus)
- Experience in managing local / permanent transfers for APAC and EMEA regions, which is an advantage
- More than 4 years of user experience in Assignment Pro and Workday
- Architect role experience in Assignment Pro is an advantage
- More than 3 years of user experience in ServiceNow as a ticketing tool
- Solid data analytic and reporting experience using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Policy orientation and counselling experience as well as process execution
- Operational experience with respect to the global implementation of projects, including developing guidelines, process transitions, systems implementation, quality assurance, and data fluency
- Solid stakeholder management for both internal and external contacts
- Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering
