We are looking for a superstar Marketing Automation Specialist to join one of our most engaged and respected cross-functional Tribes. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely alongside a Chapter lead and varied team of Customer Interactions team members working below the line campaigns. This specialist crew are a great mix of new, fresh thinking Marketing Automation Specialist, alongside seasoned ING’ers.

In collaboration with key, cross-functional stakeholders such as product owners, marketing and technology teams, you’ll Be responsible for designing, building and executing personalised customer campaigns across multiple channels using industry tools.

This is the perfect role for you if you have been working with inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, are looking to advance your skills in Marketing Automation technology and enjoy working in a fast-paced agile operating environment.  


What you’ll do

  • Consult with key stakeholders on the best way to design and deliver campaign activity
  • Challenging the way we use or source data to ensure campaigns are designed to leverage suite of data assets (i.e. customer segmentation, propensity models
  • Building and implementing robust campaigns to agreed deadlines
  • Carefully testing your own and peer’s work with strict adherence to agreed campaign quality processes
  • Embedding robust test and learn methodologies into campaigns by leveraging data-driven insights and past learnings

What we’re looking for

  • Unica Suite experience is preferred, however experience in other similar marketing automation platforms, such as Pega, Adobe Campaign, SAS360 etc is also desirable.
  • Solid SQL or database skills and good understanding of relational database structures (desirable)
  • Experience in customer campaign execution, including campaign planning and sizing (at least 1yr experience in Marketing Automation), list extraction, data preparation.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders, across product, business operations and tech to optimise outcomes.
  • Efficient project planning skills and execution for deliverables
