ING Bank   is looking for:

An enthusiastic, analytical and experienced change execution professional with a deep Digital Culture and Experience, willing to work in a dynamic and complex international environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• As a change execution professional you will be responsible for the implementation of high-profile international programmes across ING. Tasks include defining roadmaps, managing the development and delivery of the solutions and driving change steering. Your strong Digital background will be an important key driver to move forward ING Solutions
• You will need to consult with stakeholders on programme expectations, requirements and business cases. You will need to operate independently and be able to manage relationships within programme teams and with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organisation.
• You need to be able to understand tech solution, to drive delivery life-cycle, to support in proper addressing environment preparation, project backlog and incident management.
• To stay in full control, you will need to manage interactions with related projects and programmes and report progress and impediments to (senior) management.

What we are looking for:

• A colleague who knows how to achieve goals in a large complex organisation; you can build and maintain relationships with your stakeholders; you act strategically; and you are able to adapt concepts into tangible execution.
• A track record in implementing complex global programmes is needed, and you will need to know how to solve problems that are impacting the delivery of the programme. Specific experience in implementing change in highly regulated environments is a distinct advantage.

Skills sought include:

• Strong programme management and problem-solving skills;
• An eye for detail and an analytical way of thinking, able to work under pressure;
• A persistent, open and convincing way of communicating: an ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation, particularly at senior management level;
• Results oriented with an ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting programme challenges;
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely;
• A consulting mind-set, including an ability to think of and discuss structural solutions;
• Organisationally sensitive, with a large network within ING;

Track record and experience:

•  Master’s degree in any relevant field;
• At least 5 years A thorough command of English, verbally and in writing;
• Demonstrated knowledge of various project and programme management methodologies, with Agile certifications a distinct advantage;
• Strong experience in management of Tech Programs
• Knowledge with and working experience in one of our expertise areas (i.e. Know Your Customer, Tech transformation, Regulatory & Compliance, Banking Products and Data & Analytics)
• Experience in the financial sector is preferred
• International experience is a distinct advantage.
