The ING Sales Traineeship is a tailor-made 18 to 24 month graduate program, either with a focus on Personal or Professional Banking. The path you choose depends on your personal skills and interests.
Simply bring your skills, values and personality. In return we will provide you with commercial training and coaching on the field.
The journey of the Sales Traineeship starts with onboarding to get you acquainted with ING in general and the life in a retail branch and colleagues in particular.
During your program, you will rotate between different domains within a commercial job. After 18 to 24 months you will be fully ready to take on a specialized commercial role. During the the programme you will participate in training aimed at your further personal and professional development.
