We are looking for a Collections Officer to join ING. The Collections Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts in arrears for both secured and unsecured lending.
The Collections Officer will provide support to next level collection officers providing exposure to recovery and legal action while also having a sound knowledge of NCCP and all legislative requirements pertaining to debt collection. In addition, the role also deals directly with clients and multiple internal / external stakeholders and suppliers to determine actions and most effective approach in order to resolve arrears on customer(s) accounts.
