Management Assistant – Retail Bank

The Opportunity
ING is currently seeking an experienced Management Assistant for our Retail Banking division in Sydney. This is a busy yet rewarding position which will see you providing support to multiple members of the Retail banking Senior Management team and their respective direct reports. Duties will be varied and the role will suit a dynamic and forward thinking candidate who thrives in a fast paced environment working alongside successful individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management; organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder liaison
  • Management and preparation of communication and correspondence
  • Preparing meeting agendas, minutes and presentations
  • Expense and invoice processing
  • FTE monitoring and forecasts
  • International and domestic travel arrangements
  • Support for IT, process & policy, facilities and on-boarding
  • Events management including budget and catering
About You
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an EA/PA or administrative assistant (ideally from a financial services background). In addition you will have;
  • Strong stakeholder management sills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and task management skills
  • Demonstrated business awareness
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality for all confidential matters
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions as required
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
