Mision
 
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Analyst that can scope, define, prioritize and drive analytical efforts associated with the Security area and Business Continuity. As a member of the Physical Security Team, you will fuse together multiple sources of information to report clear and actionable information in support of physical security and business continuity objectives. Business lines and IT Teams will rely on your expertise in risk analysis and threat assessment supporting them to develop and adapt relevant solutions and an overall strategy for business continuity. As part of these efforts you will be involved in assessing, testing and reporting on current and emerging threats.

Description
  • Procedures and documentation
  • Develop, implement and maintain security and business continuity policies, standards, processes and guidelines;
  • Prepare reports and ensure that personnel are adhering to required policies and practices;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing security and business continuity practices, recommend the type of control requirements, procedures and facilities needed;
  • Assist with planning to organize, control and direct an efficient and reliable process and response on business disruptions ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, resources and assets being able to continue delivering services and products for our customers;
  • Plan, implement and upgrade security and business continuity measures and controls;
  • Enforce best practices and global policies impacting the business continuity, working directly with the local security relays as necessary.
  • Audit, inspections and tests
  • Perform risk analyses and business continuity assessments;
  • Coordinate proper corrective actions to be applied following different assessments;
  • Coordinate and organize several tests for business continuity and IT Disaster recovery;
  • Evaluate business continuity deficiencies and vulnerabilities and provide solutions to mitigate and manage the identified risks, providing recommendations as required;
  • Involved in external audits for Critical providers;
  • Ensure compliance of day to day physical security operations and business continuity.
  • Incidents
  • Anticipate security alerts, incidents and disasters and reduce their likelihood;
  • Support other departments to determine the root cause and lesson learned of major incidents;
  • Prepare the crisis reports following significant business disruptions/ crisis caused by different events;
  • Manages the negative effects of disruptions, from minimizing the impact to altering security controls for future prevention;
  • Support the BCM Manager during significant business disruptions and crisis and follow up incidents to ensure proper corrective actions.
  • Training and awareness
  • Prepare materials for security and business continuity awareness training for fellow employees;
  • Recommend actions to avoid conditions conducive to threats on business continuity;
  • Organize trainings for stakeholders on business continuity topics.
  • Collaboration
  • Creates and maintains critical partnerships and relationships with different business units including but not limited to Information Risk Management, IT, Business and Support Lines.
  • Present and deliver verbal and written messages to senior specialists and senior executive management.
 
Job requirements:
  • Education: Superior education;
  • Experience:
  • Computer skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Language skills: good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of the security and business continuity areas – it is a plus.
