At ING we’re on the hunt for a Senior Learning Transformation Lead who can hit the ground running and drive tangible outcomes for our business as we enter a number of critical transformational change projects. 

The role is responsible for developing and implementing a range of project based learning and development materials, experiences, and tools.

2019 is a year oftransformation for ING in Australia with a number of high profile initiativesbeing delivered over the year, we’re seeking an experienced L&Dpractitioner to join the team and hit the ground running.


This contract role (10 months) will design & deliver sustainable solutions across key projects against a roadmap for capability uplift including:

• Organisational wide transformation project 
• HR transformation project
• International Talent Program.

In additional to the local relationships (HR and business leaders), this role will work with global partners to programs with local priorities & approaches to:

• Support the Talent & Learning Team with design of learning resources, tools & workshops
• Facilitate transformation & change workshops across the organisation
• Work autonomously to design & develop evidence based learning resources, tools & workshops
• Provide hands on program management support to ensure all learning initiatives are thoroughly prepared, managed and measured
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Live and breathe our company values & behaviours in all work activities

This role is based in Sydney CBD & offers flexibility options.
