Agile Coach

Job duties:

  • Continuous work with teams to streamline the communication and making positive relationships builded on a cooperation
  • Cooperation in developing self-organized and autonomous teams as well as working on their constant improvement
  • Extending the knowledge about Agile inside the organization (trainings, workshops, education)
  • Methodological support (Agile methods)
  • Providing objective feedback
  • Identification and elimination of impediments that prevent teams from development
  • Providing a support in work synchronization between particular units within organization


  • Experience in working with Agile methodology
  • Proactive attitude, openness and courage in an action
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to draw logical conclusions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Openness to change and commitment
  • Resistance to stress
  • Knowledge about Scrum (Certified ScrumMaster is a bonus)
  • Excellent oral and written English skills

Additional assets:

  • Knowledge of assumptions and coaching tools
  • Higher education - preferred Psychological profile or similar
  • Knowledge about IT area
  • Experience in managing IT teams
