Job description, responsibilities and duties

“A company releases a new banking product, IT guys just say “It´s ready for a go-live!”. After a while, a company starts to lose a money. So, the management starts to investigate a reason and detects missing processes during a lifecycle of banking product development.

Guess what? If you think of testing processes, you are right!”

We would like to introduce you our department, where you don’t need to only think of such processes, you will be living it!

Join our team and you will be
• performing tests in several systems and applications used for financial transaction processing
• participating in production issues / resolutions
• analyzing applications, products and end-to-end processing
• improving processes & applications functionalities
• responsible for system data settings, modification and analyses of changes in test environment
• covering test & change management (test coordination, test result evaluation, go-live recommendation)
• changing processes based on global regulations / projects
• self-realizing your own ideas and skills within internal Automation solution


On the top of that, we support more than 20 branches, 25 applications, 28 services and we are growing!

Requirements for the employee

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Computer skills

Microsoft Excel - basic

Required experience

2 year(s)

Personality requirements and skills

• bank experience, especially payments knowledge is advantage
• upper intermediate level of English
• self-activity and teamwork
• decisiveness, patient, responsibility and „appetite“ to learn new things
• analytic skills
