your tasks and responsibilities

You have wide experience in Customer Intelligence, CRM and Data Analytics? You will support and help the "Digital Marketing" Team to make better and more effective decisions and execute the digital vision for ING? This is the chance to join us!

  • Managing and analyzing data like market potential, sales channels, target groups and behavior patterns
  • Development and administration of customer scoring models
  • Making recommendations for real time-event-driven marketing, response to marketing campaigns and customer lifetime events
  • Improving and developing our customer-intelligence strategy and data marts
  • Analyze and visualize data, create analytics backed reports and presentations
your skills
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in statistics, mathematics or business informatics
  • Several years of experience in an equivalent role in customer intelligence, CRM or in a data analytics environment
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or SAS software and forecast models is a must
  • Strong analytical ability, precise, efficient and structured way of working
  • Ability to create, develop and realize strategies efficiently
  • Good communications skills for working in interdisziplinary squads
  • Fluency in English, working proficiency in German is a plus
