If you think you have the following qualifications;

Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies

Bachelor’s or Master degree with a good academic record

Maximum 2 years of work experience

Fluent in English and Turkish

Customer focused and result-oriented person

Good digital, analytical and strategic thinking skills

Great organizational, oral and written communicational skills

Problem solving mindset

Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker

Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude

Good team player, willing to join a diverse environment and collaborate with different people

Experience through internships, volunteering, leadership or other extra- curricular activities or Master’s or postgraduate degree in a financial field is a plus
