As a Product Manager (or as we call it Customer Journey) you have end-to-end responsibility for the development, management, and phasing out of commercial products with a view to achieving an optimal customer experience.
* Designing mortgage management procesess as a member of a team* Day-to-day responsibility for product, process maintenance and development on a tactical/strategic level * Close cooperation with many local and international stakeholders
* Experience with mortgage product management (minimum 2 years, preferably 5+)* Skilled in mortgage management, retention strategies and portfolio management* Experience in cross-border projects is a plus* BPNM skills are a plus* Enthusiasm and energy* Fluent in English language, both written and verbal
