Job description
ING Bank Italy is looking for a Training & Reporting Stageur who will join the HR Department at our Office in Milan.
You will have the chance to work in an international environment, getting to know the training process from an end-to-end perspective and giving your contribution and support on:
- Training design and implementation
- E-learning creation (use of Articulate Storyline)
- Tracking and monitoring of the Global and Local Mandatory Training for ING Staff
- Training sessions organization, enrollment process management, room/virtual set-up, handouts and training material preparation
- Management of the online training platform and the related functionalities and reports
- New Hire Onboarding Training: appointment arrangement, dealing with managers for material preparation, new joiners completion monitoring
- Satisfaction surveys implementation
- Ensuring a WOW experience also within the virtual trainings that will be organized, finding new and innovative ways for interaction
- Funded training program management with the support of experienced consultants
- In addition to the Training activities, you will also have the opportunity to support and contribute to other HR processes, initiatives or projects as much as feasible and helpful to grow as HR professional.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or humanistic disciplines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
- Fluent in Italian and in English
- Proactive approach
- Analytical skills with close attention to details
- Collaborative attitude
- Result driven and problem solver
- Previous experience with funded trainings will be a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role will be a plus
- International background and experience, i.e. Erasmus, will be a plus
