Agile Coaches at ING not only support andevolve the company agility at different levels: Squad, Tribe andOrganizational, but also at different units within the bank (Delivery,Services, Sales and Support Functions). Agile Coaches also collaborate with theOne Agile Way of Working Global Program lead by ING’s Head Office in theNetherlands to help us unite our way of working across different entities.
Coach teams and individuals, withdifferent levels of expertise and different background, into an Agile/Lean wayof working and thinking.
Coach teams towards High Performance atdifferent scales: Squads and Tribe.
Work, coach with the leadership to helpthem understand the Agile Leadership and its benefits.
Collectively share responsibility indecisions and implementation of Tribe’s and Squad’s objectives about the way of working.
Having simple and innovative solutionsto overcome problems.
Energize “the learn, do and share”culture amongst squads, tribes and the Agile & Innovation CoE.
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 2years of experience as agile coach: running at least one Agile Transformationfrom strategy to implementation, using both agile and innovation frameworks.
Minimum 3 years of experience coachingand training teams in lean/agile, especially Scrum & Kanban.
Scrum, Kanban and Scaling Frameworks Certification(Desirable).
AgileLeadership Certification (Desirable).
Design Thinking and Lean Start-up(Desirable).
Deep emotionalintelligence to successfully impact on transformation, bychoosing proficiently the best role depending on the specific team/individualsituation: Teacher, Mentor, Facilitator, Coach, Change-Agent or Domain Specificexpert.
Strong Spanishand English communication skills: Talks, Conferences, Training, One to One,etc.
Ability to add value on all layers andunits: specially at management layer, but always keep in mind the rest of thelayers (Human Resource, legal, Risks, Business, IT, )
Strong personal productivity skills (GTDDesirable)
Retail Bank knowledge (Desirable)
Active participation with the SpanishAgile Community (Desirable)
