We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert / Data Analyst

… to work within the Wholesale Banking Global Tribe Lending. The purpose of our Tribe: Make complex lending simple! For borrowers, ING employees, investors and regulators.

Specifically we are looking for CJE’s / Data Analysts for our Data Quality & Governance squad. This squad is contributing to the establishment of our Global Data Management strategy at Wholesale Bank Lending.
 

Data is becoming more important every day. You will be contributing  to the realisation of  our ambitioned Lending data platform;  rich, comprehensive and with high quality and availability. The Lending data platform will enable uniform and excellent data consumption possibilities to meet our ever increasing client- and regulatory demands on data. This is a fundamental part of building the future digital ING Wholesale Bank. You will be part of a team realising this Data Quality and Governance implementation and building bridges towards other squads, the business and other Tribes in order to realise end-to-end data management across WB Lending. Needed skills & experience

As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) / Data Analyst (DA) you will be working together with other CJE/DA’s  on above-mentioned purpose. You work agile and you are used to delivering focused, fast and often. You have expertise in Data Management and related tooling, and have sound knowledge of ‘Lending’ business, including knowledge on Lending systems as Loan IQ and SAP and their data. Your work will consist of three main focus areas:

Introducing the Global Data Management strategy at front-office, supporting data stewards with guidance, tooling and training together with the CDMO-office Realizing DQ monitoring on critical data elements for Wholesale Bank lending Running the Operational DQ council and supporting regulatory programs like AnaCredit, CRE, BCBS239 and GDPR.

You are easy to work with, mature and have a no-nonsense mentality. You are an open and honest communicator, who values working as part of a team. You are able to lead teams and coordinate and implement changes into organisations and processes. You have the consultancy skills in order to guide Business and Operations users in the Data Management implementation in their departments.

You must have experience in the following fields:

- Strong knowledge on ‘Lending’, preferably on Lending product/business process/data

- Strong experience on ‘Data Management’ implementation.

- Affinity with data analysis on Lending data Data analysis & Business analysis

- Management Consultancy / Organisational Change /Business Transformation skills.

- Coordination skills (Product Owner, Project Management or similar leading roles).

- Advanced Excel analytical skills. Agile / Scrum

Next to these must haves, we would like you to have gain some knowledge/experience of the following:

- Issue trackers like JIRA, ServiceNow. 

- Data Management tools 

- Collaboration tooling like Confluence. 

- Creating User Stories. 

- Supporting Data Users (Business and Operations).
