The Delivery Lead is a key role in the tribe, responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of the programs across the tribe. This includes the technical design, development, testing and deployment.

The primary focus of this role is to lead the delivery of the key programs in the tribe, working with the IT Area Lead, Tribe Lead, Product Owners, Architects, Squad and external vendors to deliver with high quality, on time, within scope and budget.


 

What are you going to do? You will be…
 

  • Lead and Manage deliveries for technology applications. Work as part of a lean-agile development team.

  • Liaise with development vendor partners and oversee their engagement.

  • Cross Collaboration and ability to work seamlessly across stakeholder groups potentially with conflicting interests.

  • Ensure timely deliveries of new changes

  • Ensure that the relevant teams adhere to set guidelines and principles and deliver their deliverables within the stipulated timelines and with agreed quality.

  • Responsible to ensure deliverables from development partners are quality tested and certified.

  • Ensure all the required documentation is in place

  • Stakeholder & Business UAT management

  • Ensuring metrics and reporting standards are established and followed

  • Liaise with the Product, Engineering, and other teams to understand challenges faced by the end-user and be up to date with new feature releases

  • Manage release plans and oversee production deployments

  • Ensure critical and high severity incidents are addressed in a timely manner and that a root cause is published for them. Accountable to ensure minimal impact to business continuity

  • Accountable to ensure quality assurance checks are fully followed.

What are we looking for? Someone who has…

  • 10+ years of progressive technology/consulting leadership experience in Project Management, Program Management.

  • Leading large, highly complex technical programs. Must have experience leading multiple transformation programs from initiation thru completion.

  • Exceptional executive communication skills – able to address all levels of the organization including the C-Suite and members of the board. Able to create/deliver audience appropriate presentations and be persuasive.

  • Expert mastery of Agile project and program management along with good understanding with other delivery methodologies as well.

  • Experience leading a wide array of streams including Development, QA, DevOps, Requirement Management and Deep understanding of the pre-sales process.

  • Command on vital program management aspects like budgeting, profitability, team management, stakeholder management, etc.

  • Strong experience with technical leadership of software applications / projects with demonstrated stakeholder and people management skills

  • Exposure to cloud, automation & frontend technologies – Desirable.
