We’re on the lookout for a passionate Tech Risk Managers (Multiple positions) who’ll help us to make a real impact and influence in Tech Risk space.

You’ll play a key role in directly engaged to advise management with regard to risk decision making and guard corporate governance by ensuring on a continuous basis that risk ownership, accountability and responsibility are assigned to the correct roles within the organisation.

You’ll employ a holistic overview of the entity to measure and determine which key IT risk areas require improvements. Also, engage with stakeholders across the whole organisation to monitor the timely implementations of risk mitigating actions influencing the CIO organisation.

Perfect role if you’re passionate about delivering value to stakeholders and pragmatic in approach to risk management activities, enjoy working hands on in a small, dedicated team of professionals, have a background in Tech risk or a combination of audit and Tech risk experience.

What are you going to do? You will be…

  • Managing IT Risks so that we remain within Risk Appetite.
  • Managing timely completion of remediation of risk gaps.
  • Aligning Tech Risk activities to CIO strategy and provide awareness communication for IT Risk/security.
  • Managing the CIO risk log / profile.
  • Coordinating and advising on 3rd party IT risk assessments including cloud risk assessments where applicable.

What are we looking for? Someone who has…

  • Proven experience with the application (implementation) of Policies and Procedures.
  • Experience as (senior) NFR Officer with at least 5 years in risk areas relevant to Tech Risk Management.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across both functional and geographical lines.
  • Knowledge of architectural principles, frameworks (TOGAF), design patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience in Communicating, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders within an organisation.
  • Ability to recognize and respond to diverse thinking styles, learning styles and cultural qualities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate future vision into a set of clear deliverables.
