Your role& work environment
As a DigitalSegment Expert (CJE), your mission isto offer our clients a differentiating customer experience for their financialneeds in every important step of their life by leveraging our digital capabilities.
You will analyse the market,the emerging needs & behaviors of our customers when they are dealing withtheir finances. Armed with those insights and by levering our digital strategy,you will contribute to design, develop & and optimize (beyond) bankingpropositions to drive the satisfaction of our customers & a sustainablegrowth of the segment.
Next to development of newpropositions, you will also develop and run commercial campaigns todrive traffic and sales towards the ING channels (Digital / Face / Call) bymaking use of data & digital assets.
Your success indicators will bethe overall customer satisfaction, the growth and profitability of the segment.
Depending on your professionalbackground and personal affinity you will be part of either the PrivateIndividuals, Professionals or Business segment, serving both Belgian and Dutchmarkets.
-You drive the growth of the segment and the customer satisfaction by developinga differentiating customer journey and proposition.
-You manage commercial actions to drive traffic & sales in a multi-channelenvironment.
- You analyze commercialresults and take appropriate action when needed.

o You lovecollaborating, in multidisciplinary and self-steering team, with differentpeople and working within an international context, closely connected withcolleagues in the Netherlands.
o You makethings happen thanks to your ‘can-do’ attitude with respect for the (risk)processes.
o Change,innovation & testing is part of your DNA: you are interested in how theworld evolves, and translate this into the continuous improvement of ourcustomer propositions & way of working.
o You hold aMaster’s degree or/and are qualified with relevant experience of min 4 years.
