Craftsmanship is all about growing and developing as a person. One of the ways our employees do that is by switching jobs with a colleague for one day.
But what if they could switch jobs with one of their clients? We asked Customer Loyalty Team members what job they would pick to learn from.
You can develop craftsmanship on your own, but at ING you don’t have to. Thanks to our “My Job/Your Job” program, employees get the chance to switch jobs with a colleague. That not only helps them grow and develop in their own job, they also get to discover that we’re actually one big team at ING.
