Asmember of the cross border tribe segmentSelf-employed and Micro-Companies, your challenge is to enableentrepreneurs to stay a step ahead in life and in business. You will attractnew clients and deepen the relationship with existing clients surprising themwith relevant content, expertise and best in class solutions to create asuperior customer experience. Your success indicator is the overall customersatisfaction.

As CHAPTERLEAD (60%) you will have the followingresponsibilities :

  • To shape and co create the new x-border segment tribe.
  • To be part of the MT of the tribe and to assist the tribe lead and PAL in managing the tribe.
  • To manage, coach, inspire, develop, evaluate and assess employees.
  • To work on the craftsmanship of your chapter
  • To create the required environment and enable employees to do their jobs well, both now and in the future.
  • To keep expertise related to the work field up to date.
  • To proposes training/courses, professional literature.
  • To play a role model to generate curiosity of your team towards other domains of expertise.
  • As Chapter lead, you might be requested to occasionally travel abroad for some ceremonies, meetings or trainings.
As Advisory Customer Journey Expert (40%):
  • You develop customerexperiences that delight our clients.

  • You make thedifference in an easy, smart and personal way .

  • You analyse clientbehaviour to optimise the customer journey.

  • You develop theideal channel mix based on customer needs.

  • You work on stories(projects).
