Andyou have as well …      

- a commercial working experience from 2 to 5 years,where you were dealing with customers

- knowledge of electronic banking systems and otherchannel solutions such as Isabel 6, InsideBusiness, SWIFT,… and domestic andcross-border payment processes (is considered as an asset)

… then you are our new ElectronicBanking Consultant

- participating in the sales process of electronic banking and payment systems :demo’s, request for proposal, beauty parades for Corporates, Mid-corp.,Institutionals, Globals, Customers abroad.

- advisingclients on the best set-up for electronic banking systems and connectivitysolutions, gives solutions, feasibility checks.

- taking care of the implementation on-site for channels: Telelink@Isabel, InsideBusiness,Business’bank, ,SwiftNet …  and products:payments and reporting.

- analysing andtesting the lay-outs of payments and reporting files – creating specificfiles

- givingtrainings and coaching on-site for Isabel6, TLL6,  payment systems, IBR, InsideBusiness in orderto make it work and optimize the usage.

- promoting ourself-services and coaching thecustomer through our online tools

- solvingtechnical issues at the customer’s site and providing professional advice, maintenanceand updates on-site, proactive follow-up.

- training andcoaching of internal clients (branches, support services, sales ,..) aboutelectronic banking solutions.

-collaborating closely with otherstakeholders to optimize our service to the customers and so create an emphaticexcellence experience.
