Your Tasks

From day one you will be part of diverse and experienced deal team and jump right into the daily business. You support senior team members in all aspects of client coverage and transaction execution, origination, structuring, and distributing securitization transactions to debt capital markets. With your reliable eye for detail, you analyse portfolios across asset classes in the securitisation space (auto receivables, consumer loans, mortgages, equipment leasing, credit cards and esoteric assets) and prepare research for the relevant markets and comparable transactions. Conceptual designs penned by you are as informative, forward-thinking and convincing as your client presentations. Speaking of forward: you keep your ear to the ground and support the implementation of innovative financing and advisory solutions, help develop and use transaction models (like cash flow models) and familiarise yourself with the relevant regulations for securitization products. Last but by no means least, you utilise your excellent communication skills in your regular interactions with external and internal stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Master‘s / Bachelor‘s degree in Finance or equivalent
• Sound understanding of banking products, capital markets, structured finance, and ideally first working experience in securitization
• Fit in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Curious, organised, and detail-oriented
• Able to evaluate and analyse data and to put it into context
• Good at multitasking and a committed team player
• Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
