You choose an area and go on a tour through three different Business Units within your track. From the very beginning, you move things forward on your own terms. For three to six months, you’ll work at one of the subsidiaries of ING Group in another country and expand your professional network. After 18 months, you’ll start in a fixed position, but you’ll continue to enjoy support for example from your personal mentor.
