Are you soon completing your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and wish to put your skills into practice during an internship? Become part of our Summer Internship Programme and gain exciting insights into ING – plus responsibility in projects and daily business. As part of a cross-divisional “Summer Intern Class” you’ll get a holistic understanding of our business by attending knowledge sessions and networking events.

Apply from February 2025 on and join ING – from August 1st to September 30th 2025.

This is what you offer:

  • Very successful bachelor or master studies that you will complete next year at the lates
  • First work experience in the relevant field (e.g. internship or working student position)
  • Maximum 2 year work experience in a permanent contract
  • Strong communication skills – in German and in English

      What can you expect in a telephone interview?

      We want to learn more about you and your motivation. Why do you want to be part of ING? Why are you interested in a Summer Internship Programme? We also clarify some organizational matters, such as in which unit you would like to start. We’ll also answer your questions about the program. If you pass this step, you attend the interview with the unit.

      Interview with the unit

      What can you expect in the interview with the unit?

      In this interview we get to know each other and you can learn more about ING, our company culture and our values. We’ll have a personal discussion and you’ll have the chance to find out anything you’d like to know. The interview is always held in German and English.
