Contenuto della Posizione

• Il tirocinante sarà inserito nel Team Quality Assurance dell’Area Customer Contact Center e contribuirà alla gestione dei Clienti tramite le piattaforme Social. Supporterà inoltre il team nella gestione delle attività correlate ai controlli e approfondimenti qualitativi messi in atto al fine di monitorare il rispetto delle linee guida relazionali, procedurali e di  conformità con particolare attenzione alla Customer Experience e la soddisfazione dei Clienti.

Darà supporto in modo particolare sulle seguenti attività:

• Supporto operativo a front end dei Clienti tramite le piattaforme Social
• Monitoraggio giornaliero dei KPI qualitativi dell’area
• Monitoraggio giornaliero dei KPI quantitativi del team Social
• Rilevazioni Quality voce e chat 

Requisiti richiesti

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
• Ottime competenze comunicative e capacità di scrittura
• Forte attenzione alla Customer Experience
• Buone doti organizzative
• Flessibilità e problem solving
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Power Point)
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Durata tirocinio:

• 6 mesi
