Video Maker/Editor

Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Content, the Video Maker / Editor will lead the end-to-end concept planning and execution of video projects for internal communication, media relations, SEO projects and social media needs.

This experience should encompass all stages of video production, from pre-production planning to shooting, editing, and final delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering highly engaging and well-crafted video pieces across several different touchpoints, such as:

• long-form production to complement a blog article 
• series of capsule videos for social media
• quick and powerful ice breaker for a keynote speaker

Technical, language and other specialized skills:

Content Adaptation for Social Media:

• Adept at repurposing content for diverse social media platforms.
• Capable of enhancing videos with subtitles and graphical elements for enhanced engagement. 

Storytelling Versatility:

• Strong understanding of brand messaging and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Able to adapt video production techniques to fit different formats, from concise, quick social media clips to in-depth presentations like 2-hour townhall meetings.

Project and Time Management:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick project turnarounds.
• Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experienced in collaborating successfully with multiple internal teams.

Interpersonal and Creative Skills:

• Maintains a positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Active consumer of video trends with a willingness and ability to bring creative ideas to the table.
• You have a good level of English (verbal/written)

Experience and qualifications:

• At least 4 years of professional experience
• University degree or equivalent
• Proficient in video shooting, production, and editing
• Skilled in motion graphics and graphic design
• Experienced with video editing software
• Generative AI Proficiency: ability to utilize generative AI tools enhancing content creation and delivery.

Industry Experience:

• Previous experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus.
