ROLE OVERVIEW

To provide administrative support to enable the office to function efficiently & meet overall business objectives.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support on country management related matters

  • Coordinate activities and schedules, ensure smooth office operation

  • Consolidate various documents and presentations

  • Expense reconciliation and understanding variances to budget

  • Assist with coordinating internal and external events eg. corporate and social responsibility events

  • Maintain and update organization charts on regular basis

  • Co-ordinate and manage the logistics for visitors to the representative office

  • Prepare expenditure claims for the Chief Representative Officer. Assist with travel bookings and itinerary planning

  • Support on sourcing and procurement related matters

  • Other administrative/secretarial duties as assigned

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Graduation in any stream

  • Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience preferably within a financial institution

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Effective communications skills

  • Proficient with MS office, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good team player and able to liaise confidently with people at all levels

  • Ability to multi task effectively, meet timelines and thrive well in a dynamic environment

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
