Communications Expert II

The Internal Communication team is part of the Communications & Brand Experience department. The team manages internal contents and events to create awareness, engagement and enthusiasm and aims to make employees Brand ambassadors.​

The team defines and manages:

• All internal communications related to business messages to ensure alignment, understanding and enthusiasm​ and support cultural change;
• All internal events and contents to celebrate “ING People”​ and ensure a high level of internal engagement;
• Internal corporate communication for CEO and Top Management.

The Internal Communication expert reports to the team lead and work together with the other team members to facilitate and spread internal culture and values inside the organization, at all level and in all departments.

He/she is part of an international team, cooperating with colleagues from other countries and ING entities.
