HR Generalist

Key tasks:
• Reports to Head of HR, Hungary & WB CEE Network
• Supports the business and acts as Business Partner from a HR point of view
• Strong collaboration with the global HR CoE teams, and international network
• Coordinates the performance management process
• Manages L&D activities (trainings, coaching, mentoring, individual development programmes, international assignments), support employees and managers
• Be responsible for DI&B related projects
• Manages engagement surveys, improving employee experience, action planning and follow up in cooperation with the business
• Ensures efficient employee communication together with Head of HR, and Communication & PR team
• Updates HR related policies and procedures
• Manages employee life-cycle, employee relations
Required skills and behaviour:
• College or University degree (HR, economic or relevant)
• Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience, either in a generalist or in a specialist position
• Banking sector experience is an advantage • Fluency of written and spoken English
• Team working skills
• Accurate, focused and proactive working attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication at all levels of the organisation
• Excellent problem solving skills
