Your Role ...
As an SME Banker, you will be responsible for the proactive sale of all Business Banking products and services (including loans, payment solutions, insurance and digital solutions) in your client portfolio. You will be responsible for the management and expansion of the trading fund, as well as the development of a network within the HUB.

- You work in a structured way to approach and acquire professional customers and prospects
- You build global customer satisfaction , and the position of ING Business Banking as a preferred banker
- You are responsible for perpetuating and expanding the relationships of your customer portfolio through cross-selling; lead generation and proactively scheduling 360° calls
- You will build an extensive network and be an ambassador for ING Business Banking
- You guide, stimulate and support colleagues, commercial staff, in terms of credit knowledge, cross-selling and prospecting activities
- You are the driver of change in your working area for all novelties
- You decide on the credits within your competences and submit the files to the credit decision makers
