  • Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management requests received in Workday and ServiceNow in a timely manner.

  • Proper dispatching of requests to colleagues outside Center of Excellence (COE) for deliverables which are not within scope of the stream to the correct process owners.

  • Serve as the resident subject matter expert for all compensation, benefits, benchmarking and other areas in total rewards.

  • Collaborate in the design and implementation of a Total Rewards education & communication strategy to ensure awareness and understanding of all Total Rewards offerings (this will include Our People Offer Philosophy, Global compensation guidelines and working with vendors to benefit offerings and market data).

  • Review completeness of the requests by checking employee eligibility and correctness of the attached file/s.

  • Generate ad-hoc reports and completeness of various requests to meet the service delivery requirements.

  • Manages and coordinates Third Party Vendors on the services needed. This includes ensuring accreditation and contracts, billings and payments are aligned within the ING standards.

  • Escalate critical issues following the escalation path to avoid risks of breaching the Service Agreement with stakeholders.

  •  Provide escalated support from Local People Services for stream specific policies and processes that may require coordination with the Lead People Services.

  • Drive consistent, standardized, and effective service delivery within the stream.

  • Identify areas of improvement, communicate process feedback, propose suggestions, and actively participate in a variety of projects to improve existing overall stream functions.

  • Conducts and completes the annual market survey benchmarking on industries the organization is participating.

  • Analyzes new and existing rewards strategies and make us of data and analytics to create programs and policies to attract, engage, and retain employees.

  • Design and develops rewards and compensation and benefits packages which involves in the conduct of the market research, audits, and review.

  • Oversees and acts as POC in the job evaluation using the GJA approach. Conducts focus group discussions with business lines and recommend the proper GJA.

  • Partners with the COE P&R Lead, HRBPs, LPS or other units in HR in the project management coming from Global P&R and local deliveries.
