We are looking for a highly organized, delivery-oriented, all-round Personal Assistant excited to join the new Universal Bank WB Netherlands organization! Someone who embraces change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment and can easily switch from 1 task to another, set priorities.
Within our new Management Team, the Head of Lending NL and the Head of Sectors NL are looking to hire a joint Personal Assistant, and this offers a unique opportunity to get acquainted with and to work in a dynamic department.
Your role
In your role as Personal Assistant, availability/approachability, flexibility and proactivity are highly regarded. The location of this position is Amsterdam (Acanthus). It is important that you are (digitally) visible and approachable. That you feel actively involved and act proactively. The roles of Head of Lending NL and Head of Sectors NL are new, and many things need to be organised quickly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will be;
Complex agenda management: well in advance, to make sure both managers are prepared seamlessly in a variety of day-to-day activities and appointments. Assess priority, sensitivity, and purpose of appointment.
Prepare (client) meetings, Town Halls and any other (client) events, logistically as well as supporting in content and communication, following up on action points and minute taking.
Perform various administrative duties.
Make business travel / accommodation arrangements, while you always consider quality, priority, and time.
Furthermore, you have:
Preferably experience in a similar role as Personal Assistant.
You have excellent written and verbal communications skills in Dutch and English.
You master the most used office programs and applications such as MS Office, Workday, I-buy (E-Profit).
You set priorities, work efficiently and integrate tasks effectively. You think creatively about how to solve problems, address challenges and you have a high attention to detail.
You can work in a complex global and dynamic environment, independently as well as in collaboration with the team.
You can solve problems through your solution-oriented attitude.
You can manage cultural differences and handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
