A day in the life of a Project Manager chat(bot)

·         As a member of the Interaction Solutions team your goal will be to offer a smart, intuitive interaction experience to our customers and employees while allowing ING to increase its efficiency.

·         Your focus will be:

o    the growth of ING’s chat channel

o    Help defining the strategy for the Chat channel and chatbot.

o    Developing seamless customer journeys

o    Managing stakeholders on business and IT, local and global

o    Taking end to end responsibility for various activities in parallel:

§  defining requirements

§  managing dependencies & stakeholders

§  tackling the necessary Risk processes

§  testing of the features

§  …

·         But also, the implementation of ING’s Contact strategy:

§  call reduction

§  call to chat

§  cross-channeling

§  …

In a nutshell: you will help building chat channel of the future!

·         Strong organizational and project management abilities (minimum 5 years of experience)

·         A result-oriented mindset, with a proactive and hands on attitude

·         Outstanding communication skills, as stakeholder management is a critical part of this job.

·         A data driven mindset, to help you take the right decisions based on figures.

·         Fluency in Dutch or French and English

·         Experience in implementing an A.I. project into production is a must have.

·         Experience in release management is an asset.
