Specific responsibilities:

  • Requires moderate proficiency in several aspects of a process that has an intermediate level of complexity.
  • Provides informal guidance and training to junior staff.
  • Contributes ideas for process improvements of the team that would result in process efficiency and additional controls.
  • Performs varied tasks in an environment of an intermediate level of complexity.
  • Develop intermediate skills to perform various structured routine operational tasks in a standard work environment.
  • Solve routine and moderately complex problems using existing procedures and solutions.
  • Familiarity with most of the aspects of a process, products, operating standards and procedures, company culture and client requirements
  • Works under moderate level of guidance and direction
