Workday Functional Specialist - replacement contract

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Proven 4-6 years of experience in Workday implementation.
• Experience in multiple Workday modules: Workday Core HCM and Talent & Performance are a must have.
• And at least 1 of the following: Benefits, Recruitment, Expenses, Time & Absence and Security.
• Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM and/or other modules.
• A strong functional understanding of HR Operations, processes, and data definitions.
• Experience as Functional Consultant in at least 1 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Business Analytical skills – ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand.
• An organised and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.

• Workday certified in several Workday modules: Workday Core HCM, essential.

Your responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of Workday functional developments and roadmaps in order to drive continuous improvements initiatives and support business strategies and operational needs.
• Provide deep subject matter expertise in designated functional area of Workday in order to solve problems and/or optimise processes.
• Work with Global team and countries to design or optimise the Workday solution based on the already designed Global Footprint.
• Analyse global and local HR process requirements and translate these into Workday configuration designs.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Global Process Leads, Product Owners and the IT Workday Team.
