The resource, reporting to the Head of NFR Italy, will be responsible for second line activities linked IT and 
Business Continuity risks as well as for the technical coordination of a team of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the NFR team during risk assessments, challenging IT and Business Continuity controls and 
    providing advice on mitigating measures
  2. Do and coordinate IT risk assessments, IT spot checks and deep dives
  3.  Execute and coordinate quality reviews of IT Key Controls Testing exercise done by first line of defence
  4. Support the NFR team during process reviews, by means of walkthrough and testing of key IT and 
    Business continuity controls
  5. Validate the implementation of the solutions identified by the first line of defence and actual risk 
    mitigation (i.e. issue tracking)
  6. Support the first line of defence in the tracking and monitoring of Events and Incidents
  7. Measure, monitor and report the IT and Business Continuity risks, including Key Risk Indicators
  8. Support the Head of NFR in the preparation of the Non Financial Risk Committee and Non Financial Risk 
    Dashboard
  9. Assign short-term work schedules to the monitoring team in order to achieve expectations while 
    following established timelines.
  10. Give support and mentorship to team members 

Educational Qualifications:
University degree 

Technical, Language and other Specialized skills:

  • Knowledge of IT Governance, IT Security, IT Incident management, Architecture and Network items 
    (Certifications are important to demonstrate knowledge)
  • Data Analytics skills
  • Fluent English

Work Experience:
At least 7 years in IT Audit, IT Risk management, Information Security
