Candidate will interact with business in gathering functional and technical requirements related to Tribe’s assets and enhance software applications through coding and testing, involved in code reviews and training. He/she will be work with data and use data to generate value.
He/She will support the business in gathering requirements, feed functional and technical analysis, development and testing activities.
He/She will create project documentation and coordinate technical issues, know the business rules and concepts, guidelines specifications and designs provided by the chapter lead and apply them in completing the assigned task.
He/she will deliver highest quality software by creating unit test plan and testing code thoroughly.
Adept with the tools, applications, and processes used for software development, implements solutions as designed in technical documentation specification and coding standards.
He/She will be responsible for the quality of the code release in production and for the timeliness of the production running.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Application development according to ING Bank standards.
  • Work in an agile team in adherence with the solution design and enterprise architect team.
  • Follow and support Business in gathering requirements.
  • Write high quality functional and technical documentation.
  • Implement high quality code and propose/implement optimization on code design.
  • Design, write and perform Unit Tests and Functional Tests.
  • Work with Release team for code versioning management.
  • Follow and support team defect and bug identification and resolution during test phase.
  • Identify and resolve production issue.

What are we looking for?

  • Candidate has or is studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (computer/telecommunications)
  • He/she has knowledge or work experience in any of the following programming languages or technologies: Unix, Oracle SQL, IBM DataStage platform.
  • He/she has knowledge in bug-fixing and code optimization;
  • He/she is a good team player in a different culture;
  • He/she has the ability to learn in a short time and work a dynamic environment;
  • He/she has good English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • He/she has very good communication skills, pro-active and easy to approach attitude.

Duration: Six months
