Tech Sourcing & Service Management

Job Description: 

The Sourcing Management Specialist supports the Tech Sourcing and Strategy Lead in the continuous revision of the sourcing services required by the business. He/She helps in the management of IT Outsourcers in both delivery and services and manages the relationship with the sources and define the improvement required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers
• Supporting the execution of sourcing strategies
• Helping in defining quality and quantity metrics
• Assisting in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers
• Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers
• Execute analysis and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing engagements, creating Dashboard for management of the assessments and the performance of suppliers
• Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
• This Sourcing role is a stepping stone to more senior roles within the sourcing department. It provides an opportunity to learn about the company’s sourcing processes and strategies, and to develop skills in supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and risk management. As a junior role, it often involves learning from and supporting more experienced team members.

Nice to Have:

• Check if sourcing documentations and statements area aligned with the Tech Sourcing Strategy and coordinates the writing of the contractual documents within Tech and with the other areas (compliance, Legal, Procurement...)
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Tech Tribes
• Coordinates regular reviews of IT contracts with relevant IT Managers
• Organizes, co-ordinates and participates in steering committees with vendors, when required
• Reviewing quality of vendor management activities, acting as first point of escalation in case of issues
• Manage the complete lifecycle of third-party tender, including negotiation in the processes of Request For Information (RFI) and Request For Proposal (RFP) for all IT services with Tech Departments and Procurement
• Contact managers thoroughly review contract terms and conditions to assess their impact on the organization.
• Identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Responsible for continuously monitoring contracts terms and conditions compliance during the delivery phase of a project
• Addressing any deviations promptly to the right stakeholder

Experience and qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience
• Good negotiation abilities
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
•  Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills

Technical, language and other specialized skills:

• Proficient in English is mandatory
