Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end project delivery from the discovery to the evaluation phase 

  • Work closely with course owners and subject matter experts in designing and developing an e-learning 

  • Ensure adherence to the learning design standards set by the ING University  

  • Manage projects and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of the service 

  • Work with course owners in evaluating and revising existing e-learning content  

  • Develop a cohesive, relevant curriculum by partnering with organization leaders 

  • Stay informed of instructional design methodologies and approaches and regularly share with colleagues through interactive sessions and resources. 

  • Participate in accessibility reviews and provide expertise in ensuring our content is inclusive and accessible.  

 

 

Key Capabilities/Experience  

  • In-depth understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories  

  • Experience with a variety of content authoring tools, learning management systems, and accessibility standards for educational content.  

  • Clear and effective curriculum-planning skills  

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills  

  • Experience in re-engineering courses with multi-language versions 

  • Ability to apply instructional design principles like backward design to create and iterate content as needed.  

  • Strong team player with the ability to be creative, flexible, and innovative in course design to meet client needs and achieve business goals. Experience working with subject matter experts and content developers.  

  • Comfortable and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid set-up, independently, and self-motivated to succeed. 

  • Data-driven and results-oriented. 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in course development and instructional design 

  • In-depth understanding of ADDIE and different adult learning theories 

  • Certification in instructional design, education, or a related field 

  • Expertise in use of Articulate 360 - Storyline  

  • Experience in video editing using Adobe Creative Cloud  

  • Critical thinking skills 

  • Concrete verbal and written communication skills
