{Dev}School - Switch to Programming Edition

What's @ stake:

{Dev}School – “Switch to Programming” Edition is an intensive hands-on training programme on Backend technology fully sponsored by ING Tech Romania. This training is all about developing your programming skills in an intense and fun learning experience.

During this edition:

  • You will develop your programming skills by using core Java, Java Frameworks like Spring ecosystem vs Java EE and learning about build systems, integration and databases;
  • You will also learn about design patterns, clean code, unit testing, message brokers and about being Agile and other interesting topics;
  • If you successfully complete the training program, you could put your skills at work in our IT Team.

What we are looking for in a {Dev}School Trainee :

We welcome any IT passionate who is:

  • Determined to tackle learning Java and curious to discover ING Tech;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Physics, Mechanicals, Constructions etc.)
  • A logical thinker, who has a good eye for details;
  • A good team player;
  • …and who has
  • Good understanding of algorithms;
  • Good command of English.

    What happens after graduating {Dev}School

      These are the things that will count in deciding whether we work together after the programme:

      • Your Progress – the trainer’s positive feedback on your class interactions and attendance;
      • Your Results - very good technical results during the training programme;
      • Your Interest in making a career change.
