At ING Hubs Poland we programme ourselves for development and we have heads full of data! For 19 years we have been providing comprehensive IT services for ING all over the world. Over the years, we have built an established position based on trust - both within the group and on the market. But we would not be ourselves if we did not set ourselves further challenges and peaks to reach! After all, we inspire people to be one step ahead - both in life and in business. That's why, since 2018, we have been constantly expanding our portfolio of operational services, paving the way of development and leading ING through the digital transformation.
Our offices are located in Katowice and Warsaw. Our IT areas include IT security, remote, application and hosting services. Our operational services are provided by units such as RiskHub, Know Your Customer, Centralised People Services Hub and ComplianceHub.
But ING Hubs Poland is not all about services. We put our people first as we build a unique atmosphere based on relationships, exchange of knowledge, experience and continuous support. We already have on our board over 2500 employees who trusted us and are spreading their wings with us. Thank you for being with us!

Diversity and Inclusion
Respect for diversity is crucial in our everyday work.
Therefore, regardless of age, religion, degree of disability, sexual orientation or other potentially non-inclusive factors, in our company we create an atmosphere and culture that is focused on respect for others. We continuously spreead awareness among our employees and increase their knowledge in the area of diversity and inclusive culture, for example through webinars, trainings or days during which we celebrate diversity.

We believe that both architectural barriers and those in people's minds should be broken down every day.
The "Company without barriers" initiative helps us to create a company which is open to everyone. Its purpose is to prepare our organization for employing people with disabilities.

Noble Gift
We join forces and every year we organise the collection of Christmas presents or donations for families in need.
Poland Business Run, Make it before cancer (Zdążyć przed rakiem), Run Warsaw (Biegnij Warszawo) and Złombol (car race)
We help those in need by joining runs, races and others sports charity events.
Meals for medics
As part of ING Group, we actively support medical facilities that struggle with problems and actively fight the pandemic. In 2020, we donated over 2,000 lunches to healthcare workers in Silesia and Warsaw!
LEMme Help Reading Challenge
For each book we have donated 10PLN for the Stanisław Lem Poland of Future Institute to support #OgarnijHejt (Check Hate Out) campaign, which educates children and youth about the safety and proper communication on the Internet.
Donation of computers for schools
We support remote learning! In 2020, we donated 66 computers to six schools with children in the greatest need.
Raising money for health care
2 052 846 PLN! This is exactly how much we raised from April to the end of June 2020 for health care. The was provided to 20 most needy hospitals across Poland.

We enjoy sharing knowledge, experience and meeting new people. That is why you can meet us at various conferences - both as speakers and at our stand. Last year we were present at 4Developers, Data Science Summit, Big Data Warsaw Summit, Warsaw IT Days or Women in Tech Summit Council.

Building relationships is very important to us, so we take every possible opportunity to get to know our potential candidates. Lion’s Den ING Risk Modelling Challenge
It’s a challenge and a real adventure for all students interested in credit risk modelling and validation. The Lion's Den ING Risk Modelling Challenge aims to build a community around risk management and introduce young people to the use of data sources, technology and tools in financial institutions. As part of this certified programme aimed at students from all over Poland, we have been sharing our experience and providing professional development opportunities since 2013.
