Comprising a team of 8 specialists, the Product Management department works across the whole range of products and services for our private, business and corporate customers.
In close collaboration with the Business Lines (Retail, Private and Wholesale Banking) and the other support functions, the Product Management team develops a products/services strategy in line with the bank’s global strategy. The objective is to meet the main requirements of our different types of customers in terms of payment methods, savings and investment solutions and the financing of private or business projects. To achieve this objective, Product Management focuses on the performance and profitability of our products, while continuously assessing the potential risks associated with these products.
The team is the first point of contact for the commercial departments on prices, products and services, and also maintains ongoing contact with other entities in the ING Group, as well as external commercial partners and organisations linked to the banking sector.
