Strategy and Business Intelligence

Its activities

International, committed and creative, the 4-strong Strategy & Business Intelligence department (SBI) actively works on three tasks:

  • Strategic support to Management
  • Customer intelligence
  • Market intelligence

    The SBI team carries out quantitative and qualitative analyses at customer, consumer and market level for the Retail Banking, Private Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines.

    A key department

    In order to achieve its objectives, the SBI team works closely with the Business Managers and the Marketing, Product Management and IT teams. It is also in constant contact with other ING Group entities and organisations connected with the banking sector.
