Stay connected

As soon as you arrive at ING Luxembourg, you will be introduced to your direct colleagues and some of the bank’s managers as part of the welcome program that will guide you through your first few weeks and months at ING Luxembourg.

If you want to go a bit further and build your own network of contacts, if you want to take part in different events with colleagues, if you’re looking for people with a profile similar to yours, nothing could be simpler!

ING Luxembourg offers its employees a number of internal initiatives which will allow them to expand their network of contacts and participate in the company’s development.

Here is a short description of some of these initiatives:

RING

Under the age of 37? Welcome to RING, an initiative created specifically for our younger employees in 2010. RING offers you the opportunity to meet new people, talk to them, increase your experience, and meet top managers. RING is also charged with generating new ideas to be pitched to the Management Committee as part of the bank’s strategy.

A few RING events: visiting group entities (ING Direct France, ING Bank Slaski), speed meetings with top management, laser tag, Christmas market, etc.

CSR

Corporate Social Responsibility is an integral part of the bank’s strategy at ING Luxembourg. ING Luxembourg is always developing more and more CSR initiatives for employees and associations alike. You can take part on a more regular basis through our network of CSR ambassadors, or just attend the events that interest you most.

A few CSR events: CSR charity Lunch, ING Solidarity Day, ING Solidarity Awards, Run for UNICEF, etc.

ING offers an internal social network, BUZZ, to keep in touch with colleagues from different ING group entities. Not only does it give you information on your ING co-workers around the world, but it also allows you to network, to take part in expert discussions, and to share good practice tips (Mobile banking community, HR community, etc.). Moreover, BUZZ gives you the opportunity to share your passion with your colleagues in other ING entities (photography, jogging, cinema, etc.).

At ING Luxembourg, you can connect with all of your colleagues, from those in your department right up to Ralph Hamers, CEO of the ING group! Welcome to our orange community!
