The Global KYC Delivery Tribe Manila Lead is a role across the four functional areas of the Global KYC Delivery Tribe Manila; CDD, TM, Screening and Data.
As such your primary responsibility will be building-up and creating the GKYC DT Hub in Manila. Once this is done you will be responsible for the GKYC DT Hub Manila craft and as such for the delivery, continuous improvement and maintenance of (a large part of the) Global KYC Service across 44 ING countries world-wide.


You will be part of the GKYC Delivery Tribe MT and in Manila you are responsible for the hierarchical management of the GKYC Delivery Tribe Areas, Squads and Chapters. The Areas and Squads in Manila are functionally part of and steered via the Product Area Leads for CDD and TM and via the CPO’s for Screening and Data. To succeed, therefore, team playing with the other Area leads and CPO’s is key. Together you deliver the whole Global KYC Service to all ING’s Retail and WB entities.


What you’ll do:
• During the build-up phase you are accountable for ensuring teams are hired on time and on spec to ensure the GKYC DT plan for migrating in parts to Manila is executed in a timely manner and according to the quality standards.
• Next to this you are responsible for linking the NL part of the Global KYC Delivery Tribe to the Manila teams, managing alignment and ensuring the committed backlog delivery. As such you are responsible for creating a mirror of the NL organization and integrating the agile ceremonies and activities.
• You manage the Global KYC Manila based teams. You instate a good culture around delivery focus, managing risks and ensuring compliance. You actively raises awareness among staff.
• You develop and maintain an internal and international/domestic network in order to promote GKYC DT interests and to increase own professionalism, knowledge-sharing and development of standards.
• You make planning and development agreements and coach and assess employees. You also motivate and inspire employees, create the required environment and enable employees to do their jobs well, both now and in the future. Next to this you create a climate of learning and growing and evaluate results and existing knowledge.
• You are responsible for change management in terms of organization and culture and initiate improvements focusing on the efficiency and quality of services.


How to succeed?
• You are a senior manager with a proven execution and collaboration track record in change programs;
• You combine Leadership with KYC domain knowledge and have a strong affinity with Agile, Tech and Change;
• You are a professional with an outcome driven orientation and have the ability to see multiple creative solutions to a challenge;
• You have a Bachelor or Master degree and have a 10 year career in Business, Change and Tech where you have experience with Scaled Agile Framework (Safe).
