The team
The Human Resources (HR) Communications team consists of 7 Dutch colleagues: 5 communications experts/advisers, a content adviser and the expert lead. The team is responsible for internal HR communications to all ING employees and managers in the Netherlands. We communicate about topics such as employee vitality, diversity, career development, performance management and benefits & rewards.
Roles and responsibilities
You will be in charge of the online HR Comms sounding board, consisting of colleagues from across the organisation, ensuring our communication is well aligned with the diverse organisational units.
Overseeing a good and timely rhythm of feedback collection with the sounding board.
Discussing / presenting the results of the sounding board to the team.
Conducting short interviews with diverse colleagues about communication.
Collecting other data from the diverse communication messages and advising the team on how to interpret, share and improve the results.
Supporting various other communication activities, like coordinating the monthly newsletter, writing and reviewing copy end sending all staff emails.

Bring your smile, guts, and bubbly energy.
Master or Bachelor (third-year bachelor), higher vocational or university level in communications or marketing. With special focus on accountability and measurement of communications results.
You possess language skills in (native) Dutch and English, opportunity to grow in your editorial skills.
You are comfortable making personal contact.
You are accurate and able to work autonomously.
