Here are the logistical details:

• You will be part of a team of 15/20 students.

• The learning experience will last 6 weeks, between June-July 2024;

• The program is organized in 2 sessions / week; (on Tuesdays & Thursdays);

• Each session will last 3 hours and will take place on-site, in our Bucharest office.

What we are looking for:

Good logic & analytical skills:

• Strong logical reasoning abilities.
• Attention to facts & details; passion/enthusiasm to work with data.
• Capacity to break down complex problems and identify solutions.

Negotiating skills:

• Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating win-win solutions.

Marketing and communication skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Speak Up:

• Proactive communication style.
• Comfortable expressing ideas and opinions in team settings.
• A good team player

Good English speaking:

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Basic database knowledge:

• Familiarity with database concepts and structures.
• Understanding of data modeling and database management systems

Banking products knowledge is a +:

• Basic understanding of banking products and services.
• Awareness of financial industry trends and regulations.

Recruiting Process Timeline:

• You can apply until May 7th.

• If your CV is selected, you will participate in an online technical testing phase on 10th of May.

• If you pass the testing phase, you will participate in a series of group interviews scheduled by us.

• The selected students will start their Business Analyst/Data Modeler School adventure in the first weeks of June.
