Your Day to Day

• Analyze requirements received from Authorities, Business or Finance related to the Regulatory and Management Accounting reports and understand where we have an impact, first from the economical point of view and secondly from technical point of view.
• Coordination role for implementing all changes from Reporting point of view. Responsible for: analyzing the legal requirements specific for reporting, design new process related to the new report if the case, prepare the change documentations and the technical change request and the implementation;.
• Single Point of Contact (“SPOC”) for IT development departments & external service provider related to finance changes in respect with accounting requirements;
• Business analysis on Bank systems together with the technical analysis for identifying the specifications that should be requested to be developed or implemented;
• Actively involved in building the bridge between Finance and Business in understanding their needs.
• Analyze all specific legal requirements (Local, Group, EBA, ECB, etc);
• Analyze and develop reporting policies and procedures (new & updates).

What you bring to the team

• Relevant experience within Finance Regulatory /Management Accounting reporting in banking;
• BIG 4 experience on financial services Clients, internal audit or operational risk management experience will be a plus;
• Experience and knowledge of Regulatory and Management Accounting Reporting requirements for banking products and services;
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a continuously dynamic situation;
• Very well organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics;
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills;
• Team player and with good communication skills.
